Regardless of the Industry, ensuring Quality in both the process, and therefore the product is essential. To achieve Quality Improvement, built in quality controls must exist in the process.

Statement of Work
A ceramics and enamel application Client of Strategy3 had a high reject and re-work rate. Through a formal re-training and re-certification program roll-out, Strategy3 was able to adhere to the client’s Quality standards and uncover the fact that 67% of the commonly rejected parts were actually within standard. By re-educating the staff and calibrating the Quality tools, Strategy3 helped reduce this unnecessary re-work significantly. The lower re-work rate resulted in higher first time yield and scheduling compliance, ultimately driving more on-time deliveries.
A mid-sized metal manufacturer wanted to achieve ISO compliance, but didn’t have a timeline or plan established. Strategy3 was able to work with the client’s Quality Manager and Quality personnel to craft a timetable that wouldn’t interrupt the daily critical tasks of the manufacturer. Over the course of a few months, Strategy3 fully vetted all ISO requirements for the clients and submitted application for certification. Ultimately, adherence was achieved and the manufacturer is now able to claim ISO compliance and certification with its customers.
