Lead Time Reduction
Lead Time is the amount of time to process an order, beginning at the time of receiving a customer order and ending upon delivery to that customer. A company’s ability to react quickly and be nimble greatly adds value in the eyes of its customer base.
Strategy3 understands this importance of our clients’ ability to respond to customer demand quickly. Lead Time standards are usually very industry specific. By evaluating and challenging every activity in the Value Stream (between receiving a customer order and through delivery of the end product to the customer), Strategy3 prides itself with eliminating waste throughout the entire process. Some notable examples of waste include; time delays, rework or quality-related non-conformances, unnecessary travel, and redundancies in the process.
Statements of Work
Through creative practices, Strategy3 has successfully reduced Lead time across multiple industries.
