Predictive and Planned Maintenance
Predictive Maintenance standards are built by predicting when service will be required based on assessing the overall condition of equipment along the way and defining when service will be warranted. Doing so allows an overall return on investment in the long run through preventive maintenance techniques.
Statement of Work
Strategy3 helped define an entire plant’s major equipment servicing needs via Predictive Maintenance methods. By assessing the machinery and determining its current state condition, Strategy3 built the frequency of service by each individual machine. Also incorporated were how long each task would take, and what tools or parts were necessary for each task. After defining the comprehensive list of servicing requirements, the plant was able to transition to Preventive Maintenance work rather than reactive maintenance. The results spoke for themselves, with an overall increase of 19% uptime, measured by overall plant uptime performance.
