The right candidate must work well in a variety of operational settings, be able to lead and develop projects at our client’s sites. Must work well with little direction and have a demonstrated ability to teach and develop subordinates, have developed problem solving skills. Computer skills including the ability to create and manage a spreadsheet and data base required. The right person will have excellent presentation skills and be willing to travel full time.
Candidate must possess a 4 year Industrial or Technical Engineering Degree (or equivalent experience), 5 years or more project management experience, demonstrated operational leadership of at least five years.
