Recent successes Streamlining operations - Orchestrated a necessary rapid plant closure and a seamless consolidation of production operations into the remaining sites of a $300M+ multi-plant U.S. manufacturer. Prepping for a bank directed sale-Developed the Operational Plan as part of the sales package for an $80M manufacturing division being spun off by the parent U.S. corporation.
